We will try to make the site accessible 24 hours a day. Profili d'autore is not responsible if the site is inaccessible at any time or for any period of time. The connection may be temporarily suspended in the event of system failure, maintenance or repair, as well as any other circumstances beyond our control.

The terms and conditions of sale herein are merely an excerpt from the main terms and conditions applicable to product sales.
The issuance of purchase orders to Profili d'autore will result in their knowledge and application. The only legal discipline of the relationship is contained in the above-mentioned General Terms and Conditions of Sale or Distribution.
Prices are expressed in Euro, VAT included.

The dimensions indicated in the following price list are in centimetres. Our products are handcrafted. They are therefore
possible dimensional variations of the real product of +/-2% with respect to the dimensions indicated in this price list.
The colour shades of fabrics, leathers, wood and lacquerings may vary depending on the colour bath, therefore the company does not accept responsibility for any differences in colour and in the accompaniment of additional elements. Furthermore, the company cannot guarantee the perfect colour match between the sample book and the products supplied. Some peculiarities (listed below) of the natural products, are to be considered not defects but characteristics of genuineness, value and uniqueness of the material. In fact each piece is unique, no two pieces are the same:
- imperfections, scars, more or less evident grain of the leather
- more or less accentuated wood grain
- veins, cracks, porosity and difference in the shine of the marble
The characteristics of the leather used in our upholstery are a symbol and sign of the superior quality of the material.

The small imperfections, such as insect bites, scars, streaks, roughness or even a slight variation in colour and shine are, in fact, synonymous with the lack of synthetic coverings that would alter its natural beauty and reduce perspiration.
Profili d'autore declines any responsibility for damage caused by the migration of colour of external contaminants contained in some clothing and/or accessories on the Profili d'autore covering. The manufacturer's warranty does not in any case cover damage caused by colour transfer from objects and/or fabrics that have come into contact with the covering.
Homologation Class 1IM or Carb2. The production of models conforming to fire prevention regulations, in force in terms of safety for entertainment and show business premises (Class 1IM), is subject to minimum order quantities and quotations which must be requested in advance from Profili d'autore. The feasibility for each individual product (or model) must be verified in advance.

Delivery terms, including those indicated in the order confirmation, are merely indicative and not binding for Profili d'autore.
No breach shall be attributable to Profili d'autore, and no damages shall be due, for deliveries beyond the term indicated by Profili d'autore.

As a manufacturer, Profili d'autore must ensure that safe and compliant products are placed on the market. To this end, we guarantee that the products sold comply with Italian regulations, for residential use. If the customer intends to use the products for use in a country other than that of its own factory (e.g. products purchased by an Italian customer for resale in the United Kingdom), or for a use other than residential use (e.g. public premises, theatres, cinemas, etc.), it is the customer's responsibility to indicate to Profili d'autore the country of destination of the product and/or the circumstance that the product will be used in a non-residential environment, to enable Profili d'autore to manufacture a product that complies with the regulations applicable in the country of destination, by placing a safe product on the market.

The indication must be forwarded by the customer to Profili d'autore before the purchase order is issued. Profili d'autore may refuse to accept orders for products that cannot be made compliant with the regulations applicable in the country of destination. Reservation of title, forfeiture of the benefit of the term, interest. Unless otherwise agreed, the sale shall be deemed to be made subject to reservation of title and therefore ownership of the products shall pass to the customer upon payment of the full price. However, the customer bears the risks from the moment of delivery.
